Sorry for the long delay in replying, I've been running back and forth all over houston
Buck and I had started walking from one end of the club to the other, His brother walked by and in the dark I saw him ask a bartender something at which point the bartender threw his arms up in the air, flashed the flashlight on the cops while 2 bouncers grabbed him and proceded to kick him out.
Though I didn't see a drink in his hand that is what was said to have happened. Buck walked up behind the cops outside and asked what was going on which was when he was cuffed. 2 of the bartenders that grabbed his brother used too much force in my opinion and hit him a few times, and not once did I see him lift his arms up, but because he jerked around it was seen as resisting arrest. Last I heard when Buck left this morning he hadn't been processed. Buck was in cuffs for about 30 minutes and I was able to tell the cops my storry which matched his and the let him go.
2 of the cops involved were SWT Grads, and I was trying to shoot the shit with them about it since I go to school there and was at one time at CJ major. So needless to say they told me Bucks Bro was charged with 3 Class C misedenor(sp?) and was going to the city jail. They said the only reason he was not going to county was because buck and I got him to calm down a little bit
We had gone to the Roxy. The assitant Mngr claimed that his bro tried to bite him outside and was charged with assault for that, which was the only BS charge added cause his bro had 6 cops on him and none of the cops saw this happen.
