i will try... but i am scettic, for my knowledge hypertrophy range is between 70% and 85%1rm.. my trainer want put me on 15-30rep for set(30+set for muscle)like this i am gonna traning with my 50%rep max at best. My trainer says this training is painful.. and pain is good for grow. Whay you guys think?

I get a blood work 6 week and half on cycle my hematocrit was 48,5
now 2 week after is 53,5..
Ematocrit can go up this fast? let's say in another 2 week it will raise to 58...? is possible? My hemoglobin increase too
if hematocrit gets up to 58 you will have serious issues. theres no such thing as a hypertrophy rep range. tear a muscle down and it will grow. i do y3t which has one section of it where i do up to 100rep sets, fucking painful but definitely causes growth. i also go as low as 6 reps

yes it can build up fast, it will rise faster on some steroids than other, eq is notoriously bad for hematocrit. id recomend giving blood if your hematocrit goes much above 50
