Like going to a new gym once in a while to get out of the routine and people i see at my gym. Plus you can check out the hotties at the new location. In the end, you'll run into them at the club/bars anyways.

what I call - reverse back shrugs. (hang on a bar like you are going to do a pullup... but flex your back and pull your torso up and shoulder blades back 2-3 inches while keeping your arms locked straight)

3 sets of seated cable rows
3 sets modified clean and snatches
2 sets of high rep dumbell rows while leaning over an inclined bench supersetted with - what I call - reverse back shrugs. (hang on a bar like you are going to do a pullup... but flex your back and pull your torso up and shoulder blades back 2-3 inches while keeping your arms locked straight)
