STAY on or come off? help!

Okay people, i need some advice and its not like I can turn to one of my real life "friends" about this issue.

i'm 28, have been 'on' since last april. I'm currently in great shape, and everything is dialed in nicely. My training, diet, sleep, and aas usage.

I'm currently using 75mg/tren/eod and 300mg T.E./wk (cutting cycle)

Heres the problem...I just went and got my BP measured and it was 144/85. I'm wondering if that is too high, and should I just come off now and do recovery?

Here's the other thing- i'm SO close to my goal, and i'm confident if I stayed on for another 5 weeks I could accomplish it.

So what are your opinions? Come off or stay on? Is the bp too high?

Thanks for the replies (and no, i'm not going to spring break) :))))

when did you get your blood p checked. how many times. by who.

repeat the bp test a few times on a good machine (ie by a doctor preferably) then come back here

I got it done three times at a pharmacy...one of those machines. I tested it when I walked in, waited 2 minutes, did it again etc.

First one was 148, second was 140, third was 144.

I was under a lot of stress that day...my wife is freaking out thinking i'm going to have a heart attack.

Yup...don't panic. BP obviously goes up as your activity, stress, use of stimulants goes up. Your true bp is when you have been resting in a quiet place for 20-30 mins. 144 is not that high after walking around. 120-130 for your age is " normal".

144/85 is now considered HTN, at least where I work. If your norm BP is much lower, than it might be the estrogen or the Tren. Any bloat? More water, a little more cardio, maybe a low dose aromatase inhibitor can all help. Maybe even a low dose of Toprol, like 12.5 mg/d. Short term is not a problem, but for months that high, puts you at a much higher cardio-vascular risk.

Your BP is a bit high, reduce your sodium intake and if that dont work you might want to consider sometime off. How was your BP prior to AAS?
