Update:
Went to see my GP today and had and internal examination (won't be getting that done again in a hurry) and the Doctor said no sign of hemmeroids or piles but also added hemmeroids can be quite high up in the rectum so non reachable with a finger
She told me to keep watch and if anymore bleeding occurs to book an appointment to get some hemmeroids suppository capsules.
Time will tell
Dude, if your h's are so high up they can't be reached with a finger, you must be straining on a ridiculous level when lifting.
