SCHOOLS BOLDLY STAND-UP againt RACISM.

RyanH said:
Contraction---do not worry. For every ignorant member of this board, there is another member who is educated. I think you'll find that most racism is spread from "mom and dad." We aren't born to be racist, people acquire it over time.

Luckily there is just ONE of you or this board would go down the drain.

I see you are again blaming my parents for my views, well, you are right, I blame them for letting me attend a HS with a large percentage of blacks. Otherwise I might of not associated with all the thugs that I did. Maybe then I would be blind to everything like you are.

I wasn't racist until black people told me I was racist.

Is that all it takes to change you? Somebody telling you........what a lame copout...what happens if you are called a child molester? or murderer?

I expected a better explanation than that. NOBODY could call me a rascist and I become one....why would anybody even listen to someone even talking like that is beyond me.....

RyanH, contraction Don't EVER talk about what you haven't
actually experienced.

I'll tell you guys a little story.

I used to live in Ottawa. When I went there I was only 12
and EXTREMELY naive. Yes, my mother had raised me
to be very tolerant of other people. She was VERY MUCH
against racism. I had gone to private schools all my
life and had met some very decent black people who
I was happy to call friends.
Anyways, the first year I was In Ottawa, my mother put me in
a public school because the admissions deadline to a private
school she wanted me to go to had passed. I really
didn't care. I was just a naive 13-year old kid. Athletic
and very sports-oriented.
Anyways, my FIRST DAY of schools some black guy and
his 3-man posse tried to "roll" me for my Chicago
Bulls hat. I thought he was just joking when he took it
of my head, but I realized I was mistaken when I
ooked as his demeanour; "This is MY hat now, so what
are you going to do about it"-kind-of-demeanour.
I approached closer to be a little bit more forceful(remember
I was very naive. NOT violent at all), and his 3-man posse
jumped me.
At that point my "survival" instinct kicked into overdrive.
I managed to get the 3 black guys off me(They weren't very
big, just lanky) with some wrestling-moves(I actually
broke one guys arm) and then proceeded to get my hat back.
During all this time the guy with the hat had been kcking me
btw. Anyways, he swung at me and I ducked, I THEN hit him
VERY hard right on the ribs and broke 5 of them. He collapsed
with the wind knocked out of him.
I just retrieved my hat and went home.
Needless to say my mother was shocked when the school
wanted to suspend ME.
In the end however, I got a months worth of detention.
I don't think I ever saw my mother so angry.

After that, EVERY black guy left me alone.
Thats the only currency they know. VIOLENCE.
You're stronger than they are: Then they leave you alone.
If you aren't: THEY WILL PREY ON YOU.
(White assholes also exist in HS, but they're numbers
are far fewer than black assholes)

It was quite a rude awakening for me.
I was a 13-year old innocent, naive kid with ABSOLUTELY
NO INKLING as to what racism was. I had never
experienced it. If you want a template to see how
black people are then feel free to use me.

On an ending note however, education is the great
equalizer I think. I have not met
ONE black guy in University who behaves like
the VAST MAJORITY of the black people in
the public school system.
In fact I have quite a few black friends.

Godspeed

Dude you misunderstood. Blacks cry racism so much that white people feel guilty of being racist even when they aren't racist.
The other day at work I started to make a comment about a monkey that had absolutely nothing to do with race. I decided not to make the comment because I was afraid that no matter how I worded it a black co-worker would cry racism and I'd be fired. Blacks have whitey by the balls when it comes to using race to their advantage.

YOU know nothing about me and my experiences, dont tell me when I should talk about certain subjects. So I would appreciate you backing up and thinking for a second before you say something about me.

So, the kids wanted your hat right? Did they attack you because you were white or they wanted your hat? I was picked on by bullies in high school, yet I dont feel it was racially motivated. I have something against those bullies, not against their race. Come on man, after reading a majority of your posts I would think you are smarter than that. You had a bad childhood experience and now you have this view of blacks?

I find it funny how people always throw in that "I have friends that are black" phrase.

I'm not jumping on you, but you really disappointed me with your first statement and your story Fonz. You think I dont have real racism stories to share from growing up in a small town? Please, you know nothing about me. Yet after all that, I think positive about white people.

Plifter, just dont condemn all blacks. Each individual is different.
