*FUCK! Top of knee pain. Gezus H Christ you have got to be kidding me. I didn't blow anything out that i know of. I can walk. I can not bend at my left knee past 60*ish... I can't hit 90* at all in an air squat
strain, semi tear I dunno. Only thing different from usual squatting was I wore flat shoes instead of running shoes today.
... and so, I continued on after accessing the situation. I just can't bend at my left knee
Farmer Walks: 210lbs for 30 paces (2 sets), 230lbs for 30 paces (2 sets)
Dynamic Shrugs: 225x10, 275x8, 315x5, 375x5, 415x8, 225x10
