seems like a good workout? are u comfortable with behind the neck anything? i know my docs have told me a BIG no-no for them, but do they affect u too in a bad way?

Yeah. So... I inadvertantly hide my training log under my water gallon on my desk here and didn't toss it in my gym bag. So I winged it from memory...

* +1 rep from last time, felt weak from low carbs early in the day though, and just shitty feeling all day... so overall, not bad I suppose for feeling like poop.
