I feel for you there bro, Same area for me to. The reason you have such a big following is because your so helpfull people on here, i see you spend alot of time trying to help other members with diet and training, k to u bro.

The snatch is best coached, not learned on one's own IMO

In 3-4 weeks having been G.P. Rowing that whole time (knock on wood) and squatting ... up to 2x week hopefully by then i'll review my schedule again.

As long as your still doing the ab work and stretching a lot I bet it all works it self out rather quickly.

I KNOW i'm missing out and it pisses me off. But i'd much rather be glad that i'm healthy and injury free right now... "this too shall pass" :)

Injuries suck for sure. You need to be careful first, and kill that shit 2nd...right?

WEEK 11 DAY 3

Cardio: HIIT ~13 minutes on Step Mill up to 15 speed (kill yourself speed)
I did the first 5 minute session and thought i was going to die... got off, stretched out... quads were worked more than they have been in a LONG time, could hardly stand. Got back on... and repeated twice... but last session was ~2 minutes, i was toast.

10 minutes on treadmill slow pace 3.0 speed, cool down walk

I was freaking hungry today... cals are quality, a little over my maximum range though.

Showered after my workout and was so hungry that i heated my food just enough to take the chill off of it from the fridge :chomp:

Trying to listen to my body AND adhere to some kind of caloric standard.

If I don't choose to enjoy a reward meal on Superbowl... hell hath frozen over and Sarge is 100% certifiable dedicated on this diet. We shall see... i'm enjoying my cutting foods MUCH more than before.

I ate the same thing day in and day out it seemed last cutting session. No more of that crap.
