Yeah. So... I inadvertantly hide my training log under my water gallon on my desk here and didn't toss it in my gym bag. So I winged it from memory...

BTN PP: 95x8, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x4*
* +1 rep from last time, felt weak from low carbs early in the day though, and just shitty feeling all day... so overall, not bad I suppose for feeling like poop.

Seated DB Military: 50'sx8, 60'sx5, 70'sx5, 75's x5

Modified Rear Delt: 35's x10, 45's x8, 55's x8

side raises, front raises... I KNEW I was forgetting something, but couldn't think of it and left.

CGBP Day2 :rolleyes: dangit... i'm too tired to do it in the basement right now, lol.

seems like a good workout? are u comfortable with behind the neck anything? i know my docs have told me a BIG no-no for them, but do they affect u too in a bad way?

BTN feels natural for me now. Takes some getting used to. Helps posture and flexability once you can do it no problem.

DB Military I bring by my ears and lock out behind my head at the top. No chest involved at all.

I used to have shoulder issues, so no they do not affect me badly in any way.

impressive numbers.........

on dbell press, turn the dumbells so they are paralell with the ground and push upwards, not together....tell me if you don't notice a huge difference......

i think he means like your holding a barbell......at the top don't bring them together like most people do....i see alot of people clinging the db's...taking tension off the muscles being worked.

If I did... the ergo handles and rubber DB's my gym has they'd bounce and go flyin' lol

hahaha....i knwo baileys have thos rubber db's...i hate em! letting them drop on the floor your liabe to walk away with a flat lip....those fawkers bounce!!

I lift at a Gold's :rolleyes: ... it's the most un-Gold's gym ever.

Well 'cept that it does have a sweet weight room cuz it's separate from all the machine and cardio stuff in another room.

I love dropping those DB's they do go flying, lol... gotta watchout.
