Oh, and 3 fucking cocksucker fuckfaces really fucking pissed me off today. Alright, 2 were fuckfaces, the other was just a douchebag.

#1 - dude is on the cable machine. I got my eye on it cause it's comin up. motherfucker comes in just to do weighted abs. takes at least 20 FUCKING minutes. I finished three different exercises and he STILL wasn't done when I needed the cables. fucking 5 minute rests. unreal.

#2 - here comes this guy, seen all too often. I'm in the middle of a set of the cables and I see fuckface in the mirror come up behind me and drop his bag 2 feet from the cables. I finish and he asks me how many sets I have left. "3". He then makes this face like I just told him he has cancer and squeals "THREE?!". yeah, go fuck yourself. now I'm gonna take even longer and not offer for you to work in, smallcock

#3 - old dude with decent size and huge beer gut. fucking bag of douche chalks up to upright row 70 FUCKING pounds.

I think I'm going to switch up the ol diet. I'm up to 184 somehow. I gain weight very easily now. I'd like to drop down to 172 or 170. Then start a little clean bulk cycle. Anyway, I've been eating the same thing recently, so might switch to:

Whey w/ egg whites + oats

Tuna w/ flax & pico de gallo

Turkey patty + black/pinto beans + salsa + lettuce + broccoli

Train

Banana

PWO shake (whey, creatine, dextrose)

Chix + broccoli

Whey + fish pills
 
Lookin good KB. Don't worry about your weight man it's just an arbitrary number. As you add muscle back on your weight will go up even though you won't notice the appearance changes as readily.

throw away the lettuce, it's worthless. Eat the turkey first, then broccoli, then the beans and salsa. Always eat protein first, then veggies, then carbs.

You should make that last shake a egg/casein instead of whey.
 
I don't like having two different proteins on-hand. Too much fucking wasted money. I can just throw some egg whites into the whey shake.
