Ran a few miles along the beach. Headed to LA in an hour til Sun night or Mon morning for work.
 
Fri, 2/15:

Gave AAP's infamous shoulder routine a try. Went semi light considering it's very high reps/sets and I wasn't sure how the old rotator would handle it.

Can definitely increase weight on all.
 
Sat, 2/16:

Ran maybe 2/5-3 miles on Santa Monica Pier area (beautiful here)
