My fucking RC was KILLING me today. I literally don't know what it's like to lift without extreme shldr pain. At the end of a workout like today's, my right arm literally feels completely dead, numb even.

I need to call a doc tomorrow. I'm not getting surgery and I'm not doing PT again, so motherfucker better get creative. Eventually this injury is either going to turn into a full on tear or cause me to stop increasing weights.

I partially tore it about 4-5 years ago. I did a TON of PT for it, which help NOTHING. So I'm not really big into that approach anymore.

I get RC issues maybe every other month and wonder if it's from lack of stretching or from improper warmup, so was wondering if you had anything. The wifey-ish seems to think my traps are overdeveloped and my chest isn't stretched enough, so that may be causing my back to be snafu'd and the occasional spasm. So, I punched her and put her face on the stove. I'll let her out of the crawl space in April.

Try doing light DB warmups. Like, 5lb warmups. Definitely do RC strengthening movements on off days with light DBs. It only takes a couple minutes. Do these:

Tues, 12/4:

Did abs, some stretching, some RC work and 30 mins on treadmill.

Weighed in at 178. I was 184 on Saturday, lol. Thanksgiving bloat = teh awesome
