lol, dude I haven't been 150 since highschool. lol. in 97 (18yo entering college) I was prob 165 or so. By 01 (graduation) I was around 198/200 and a fat beer gut douche bag.

I posted in my other thread; I was a fucking animal today. Just fucking out of control. Fucking stomping around the gym, sweating like a whore in church. It was absolutely wonderful. :)

this time I went ATF, which felt better on the back than parallel. For now, it's my back that gets tired/weak WAY before my legs. So squats w/ this weight ain't gonna build much muscle but will go a LONG way with my back recovery
