7/3 update:
Last 3 weeks have been expected hell. Working 13-16 hour days to cover my ass for being outta work for a week on this cross-country trip. Combine that with packing up my entire life and that meant no energy, some sickness and no time for training. I've been driving 10 hours a day Sat, Sun and Mon, now stopped at a friend's place for a few days. Back is real tight from the drive, some major pain along the way. Last 2 days I've run a bit and stretched a ton. Will train again tomorrow and Th morning before heading out on the road again. I move in to my apt in San Diego on Sat. Start work again on Monday.
