Weighed in at 179, which is good cause I didn't eat well this weekend and I typically gain several lbs. after a cheat day.
It's also noteworthy that my right arm was KILLING me today, suprised I hit the #'s I did. Somewhere around the delt and the brachialis. I think it was due to the hour I spent yesterday with my buddy LAUNCHING this tiny little football around. lolol. Not great for the arm.
