I used to do GMs, never really liked SLDLs. Hopefully I'll be back into GMs and more back work in a few months, but for now I'm taking it really easy. Hypers feel amazing tho.

TERRIBLE w/o today. My fucking right RC was killing me (partially tore it a few years ago), so I had to hold back and skip most of the exercises.

DB flat bench:

BB incline:

x8

Calbes:
SKIPPED

Flyes:
80x12
x12
x10

Rev grip bench:
60x12x3

Skipped the rest of my tri workout cause of the shoulder.

Did 12 mins HIIT with 8 30second intervals.

Then did most of my stretching and core work, which I have been VERY delinquent with lately.

I partially tore my right RC years ago. Ended up at an ART guy months and months later - it was the greatest experience ever. Thinking I may need to stop in for a tune up...
