...and Yay! on the hyper extensions. Those bother a lot of people who haven't had back surgery.

Thanks dude. My back feels at its best after a few hypers. I love em.

If I had to describe how my pants fit in one word it would be AWESOMETAGIOUS

Except for being unavoidably snug in the crotchal area, right?

Dude, fascinating journal. Just discovered it. I read through to the just after the surgery, then skipped to the last page and started working backward. Most training logs interest me about as much as watching paint dry, but your's is pretty involving. I blew my back out squatting in Fall '03 and it felt intermittantly painful and tight for over a year. Pretty awesome recovery you're making thus far.

Sorry to say, but your crotchetal expectations are set too high for this cat.

Thank you, for real. :) It's been a long journey (and FAR from over) but the journal has been a big part of it. As well as the support from other EFers. Except cynicalsimian and that al guy. I hate them

Is your back better now??

I cant even try to say it was nearly as bad as your's, but for weeks I couldnt even lean forward, much less bend over. Yes it's pretty good now, but it's not healed. If I sit down too fast, or dont go down stairs on tip-toe basically I'll definitely feel it. Also some nights I have to sleep in a fetal position b/c lying on my back is painful. I didnt have medical insurance at the time, and my current policy wont cover it due to the pre-existing condition clause.

I havent had a chance to read your entire journal yet, but I noticed a lot hyperextensions. Do you ever do weighted Goodmornings or SLDL's?
