A caloric surplus causes muscle and fat gain; heavy lifting just ensures that more of that weight is the former rather than the latter. You know this. The jump in weight is probably just water, especially if "didn't exactly eat healthy" means having more carbs/sodium than usual (or higher estrogen levels from all those reverse flyes you've been doingKillahBee said:- I weighed 187 today!!!!!!!!
