Sun, 2/18:
Was going to take today off, but felt so damn tight that I wanted to loosen up a bit. Did 30 mins on treadmill, L3.9. Then did a bunch of stretching, entire body actually.
Thoughts after week 1 of new routine:
- I'm REALLY sore and tight today. With the training and the motorcycle riding I've been doing, this is expected. No big deal, I will adjust. It actually feels good to hurt again...
- I'm mentally in a GREAT place right now. Diet has been clean and ON POINT too.
- Somehow I haven't really lost any weight the last few weeks. Weird, cause usually I lose pretty fast when dieting, especially the first few lbs. But, I certainly haven't been starving myself and with the actual lifting, I don't have a problem. I don't care about weight, so as long as I can SEE the improvements, I'm a happy camper
- My SI joint issue I was having a month or 2 ago is all but gone. Still creeps in a little bit every now and then, but it's really been pretty invisible
