High, very high actually. Especially considering I've been eating clean AND weighed in at like 183 or so the other day, I assume the scale was pretty off.

If you're diet is on point and water, sodium/potassium balance is good probably just the scale.

4 lbs in a few days wouldn't be anything more than a diet/water issue if it wasn't anyway.

I've gained 10 over night before, lol... not cool.

I think the standing machine would be hard on your back.

Sitting machine, but I just also started doing calf raises with the smith machine. I need to start getting back into having plated bars on my shoulders to get my back used to carrying loads.
