Wow, worst workout EVER. I mean it was just terrible. I am completely and utterly depleted of all energy whatsoever. To the point I couldn't finish BB curls. The past couple weeks have bee torture, and I'm paying for it. Wow.

Did 300 cals the other night.

I don't know why I have been recording my cardio by time/level instead of cals. Ah well.

250 cals worth of cardio.

Whining Topic Today: I've had a knot in my back, right under my scapula on my left side, for like 2 months now. It goes away every now and then but rears its ugly head most days. Maybe I'll go see a chiro tomorrow. A nice adjustment would probably help otherwise, as well.

Go get a massage nigga! Deep tissue shit, you know? I have a place I go to but it's way up by me (like 20-30 minute drive for you). I'm sure you can find a good one down there though.

YEah, but I'm not pushin round a lot of weight. I'm mentally wiped out, douchenoggin.

I think I might need a chiro tho, as opposed to a massage. I could use a good reset on the ol back too.
