I am flying back East next Mon thru the 20th for work and the holiday party. Gonna pay for a 2 week membership at my old gym and go in the mornings before work. I'm working out a 3-day split but with different exercises. It's a good oppty to fuck with the ol body and shake things up a bit.

Seriously thoguh, have you been taking progress pics? That would be some cool shit to see! This thread has been up for a while, would be cool to see the progression not only in the lbs you're pushin, but the effects on your physique.
