PT went well last night. SI joint hasn't bothered me "too" much the last few days. It feels AWESOME to just get in the gym and work out a bit. It's a long road back, but I'm enjoying it.

Thus completes my first full week of training since the surgery. I feel real good, actually (other than being weak). Back is holding up real well - the stretching and core work is really paying off. The SI joint has gotten a lot better the last couple weeks, albeit not 100% gone.

Sun, 12/3:

Did 25 mins treadmill, L3.1 (think I can increase the level this week)

Then all my stretches and some core work. My stabalization is really improving.

good job. now that youve gotten some momentum in your training, I bet you feel like youre really pushing forward with lots of good progress to be made. I like that feeling.

You mix flax seed oil in with your tuna?

Thanks dude. Yeah, it feels damn good to get back in the gym on a consistent basis and also to see some small results/positive momentum.

And yes, I do.
