Felt kinda tight from PT last night.

Did some of my stretches and strengthening work (like I said, felt tight so didn't want to over do it)
15m treadmill, L3.1
PT went well last night. SI joint hasn't bothered me "too" much the last few days. It feels AWESOME to just get in the gym and work out a bit. It's a long road back, but I'm enjoying it.
