Question to Mr.X regarding Slin

I am very interested in following your MKD diet. It incorporates the use of slin and the results are supposed to be great. My question was regarding AAS use during this diet. I am seeing Suspension being suggested, but my supplier is out, what can I use instead? Secondly, regarding this link:

They recommend using Slin and Suspension on alternating days. For days of slin use they recommend using 3x day when using Humalin R. Can I apply that to your MKD diet? Again, what I use in place of Suspension?
 
The MKD is outdated bro. I wouldn't recommend it anymore because I think insulin can be used in better situations.

Tell me more about yourself, stats etc.. before I give you insulin advice. It has come to my attention that most insulin users don't need insulin ;) that's why I ask.

I Just competed in my first show. I started out around 223 - 225 @ 13 % bf. I only had 9 weeks to diet and managed to drop down to according the skin fold caliper 3.9 % bf @ 200 lbs which I think was on the low side (bf was alittle higher). I have pictures posted on the pictures of members forum if you want to take a look. I came in holding water and flat because I failed to carb up correctly due to the fact that I was worried about making my weight class. ANYHOW, its been 4 days after the show I look a ton better and full. My current weight is 212 lbs. I am 5'8.5. I am going to do a show in April but I want to make a huge transition and cross over into the Heavies 200 + lbs. I was going to just follow your bulking basics 1 through 3 but I came across MKD.

If you decide to go with insulin, I would like to first work on your bulking diet. It's best to have the diet worked out, and carb intake worked out before going into a slin run. What kind of ratios are you planning to follow for your bulking diet and what type of cycle will you be running?

I was going to follow your guide from your mms site which was:

40/40/30 P/C/F

But I know I might want to lower my fat % because I don't want to put all that bodyfat back on. I want solid gains.

From non training days:

33/33/33

My stack:

Test Cyp/Enant @ 1200g a wk 1-12
Deca @ 600mg wk 1-12
Dbol 30mg a day 1 -6 wks
Arimidex .5mg eod
GH 4iu 5 x wk
Slin (maybe)
I want to be a freak. lol.

It's nice to see you're getting 110% of your Macronutrients.

Your ratios are on the money, but I'm not clear on your overall caloric intake (wight x *?)

The first change I suggest is you going with 1mg arimidex ED, you're taking in about 2grams of gear - so up the anti-e dosages.

If you decide to go with insulin, I would start slow. 5 IUs of Humulin R post workout with 75grams of high-gi carbs and 50grams of whey protein. I suggest dextrose because it's easiest to get. The general rule is 10grams of carbs per IU, but I suggest 15gc/IU at first. If you feel your hands shaking or you're sweating a lot, then you need more carbs - always have a back-up carb source available. A bottle of high sugar juice would be fine. About 1 hour after the shot, I suggest a small meal of carbs/protein, and 2 1/2 hours in a large meal of carbs and protein. Don't eat any fats (or as little as possible) for up to 6 hours post your shot - just to be safe.
