Question about L-Glutamine

Well since I am poor I decided that before I order some Gplenish or other brand of a Glutamine product I wanted to see what Glutamine does for me, so I bought a few bottles of L-glutamine 50X500mg. I didn;t read the bottle thoroughly being the idiot that I am and I realized that they are in tablet form. I was wondering whether there will be a problem with them? All the other Glutamine in pill form that I have seen have come in Gel cap form so I am just curious. Also is it ok to just take 10 of the at once twice a day to see the effects Glutamine has on me, or would this be a bad idea?

i really wouldn;t see the difference... that sucks about the caps.. i just buy the prolab glutamine powder...the caps suck... and powder last much longer... im not 100% but i wouldn't see the difference

yeah I realized the powder last longer, I just want to make sure that glutamine does something for me before I spend money because I am poor right now.

but you shoudl have not gone the cap route

I would have to take 30 caps a day to equal the effectivness of 2 Gplenish table spoons............

I bought caps because I wanted to see the effectiveness. I mean what if I bought the gplenish and then it really doesn't do much for me. Everybodys bodys are different right? In anycase I spent 3$ for 50 pills and I took it after a rather intense leg workout which usually makes my legs very sore for 4-5 days and I got little to know soreness. I now am ready to purchase some Glutamine I just gotta find the cheapest place. 36$ may be a good price but then theres shipping.

Comparing L-Glut caps to Glutamine peptides is like comparing a yugo to a Lamborghini.L-glutamine simply will not perform like peptides.
