TestP is great in the sense that it has forced me to get creative with spots. Quads are totally out of the question at this point. Full limp for 3 days post.
My delts take prop a lot better than any other muscle. Remember that you have a pair of rear delts as well. You could do something like middle right/middle left/rear right/rear left instead of your quads. The only catch is that you might need some help with the bang because reaching to hit the back of your shoulder will require you to stretch the opposite (and probably stiff) delt.
Pretty much everything with enough meat has become game at this point (long head tris, lateral head tris, chest, traps, glutes, middle delts, rear delts). See, right there you have 14 different spots to shoot.
