If your looking to blow someone away and cost is no issue i would definately say Per Se. Keep things in check by ordering the wine pairings with dinner.
if i ever took a client out were going to taco bell. ill even splurge on the extra large free refill drinks. i better make reservations now, i heard it fills up quick and its like a 2 month wait.
The 4 of us did the nine course chef's tasting menu and it was great! $250 a head for that and we had 3 bottles of wine. Ended up costing $2200 after tip but well worth it.
The place looks amazing and the service and food is top notch.

It was great. Yea, it put it on my expense account. I get $3k per month but can go to $5k when needed. If I get this client it will be worth it. Time will tell.

It was 3 old English dudes, no thanks. They had good "party favors" for after dinner and I am sure they had hookers back at the Dream hotel afterwards.
