Look at clen just like you would look at AAS. It not going to work on just diet alone, you have to put some work in with it. (I’m not saying that you are not) Think of clen being as being 2% of the factor of you losing fat. The other 98% should come from diet and cardio and depending on your type of weight that my play a large factor as well. Those toxin diets are good for just that, cleaning your system of toxins. Sure, you will lose some weight, but right after your done you will probably notice the weight coming back on.
The clen will help, it has added to my reduction of BF many of times, but its not what you were thinking it was. You can’t just take it and shed the fat while watching football. The only way you can do that is by purchasing exercise-in-a-bottle, I think that you can find this product for sale around 2am on TV.
You need to do the following:
- Create yourself a real diet (not one for cleaning your system) post it up after you have created it and let us look at and help if we can.
- Do cardio 30-45 minutes first thing in the morning and you can bump this to twice a day for great impact on your BF/ 30 min morning/ 30 at night, but I will say that if your diet isn’t in check, the pounds will not reduce like you want them too.
- Use your clen, or something over the counter, I’m not going to name any specific product because then my post might get deleted. If you choose the clen, cycle two weeks on two off. You can choose to use something in your off weeks, but I personally do not. My off weeks are when I bump my cardio up to twice a day.
- You can also help yourself by doing lighter weights more reps, etc. You didn’t mention anything about your lifting, so not sure if that is what you are looking for or just the fat loss factor
