my friend's back is uneven! what can he do to fix it (pic included)

My advice would be to just stay away from the single-arm movements. The slightest tweak in form can make a huge difference

Ok, I got an account, that's my pic. Plus I have a sad story. I've been dwelling on the retarded pic for a while now, thinking that I was the elefant man. The second one doesn't look as bad at all, but still, I appreciate everyone's suggestions.

Same thing happened to me.... only on a smaller scale though. I am pretty convinced its the behind the neck pull downs.

Yes i did. I dropped those damn things and replaced them with chin ups and ofcourse for the first few months a few db rows to even them out abit (one was smaller AND weaker). After I got them both in line with the rows I now do these for lats:
chins
Deadlifts
bb rows
cable rows (sometimes)

Yeah man, your back will benefit much from pulls and bb rows, rather than machine-type exercises. Chins, deads, bb rows are key.

When you do 1 arm rows, do you always start with the same side first? If so, for the next few months, start with the other side, you'll see a difference.

2nd pic looks much better. Dont worry about the volume, but i would consider only doing 4 exercises. 4 exercises is more than ample. Definitely get rid of the single arm bent over rows.

my friend's lats are uneven, and he needs some expert advice on how he should go about correcting it. i know a lot of people are going to say more one arm rows, but hopefully there are other suggestions. let's hear them.

Here is his picture

here is his current back routine:

behind the neck pulldowns 4x8-12
one arm rows 4x8-12
close grip pulldowns 3x8-12
seated rows 3x8-12
machine pullovers 3or4x8-12
weighted hyperextensions 3x30-40

Just my 2 cents.......it looks like most of his movements are all targeting the upper part of the lat.... I would incorperate some deads and bentover rows to hit the middle and lower region....those movements will also work the overall back as they both are compound movements
