M-Rods journey with Needtobuildmuscle

Wednesday 6th
So I hit Legs today instead, lol
I had to work late at the office, so i was just ontime for my client at the gym, its her leg day so i jumped in on it

Leg extentions----- 5 sets
Leg curls------------5 sets
Seated calf raises----3 sets

Fuck its frustrating not doing more moves, but it may be a while before i can handle any compression on my back so I have to make the best of it.

followed it up with 30 min on the elipticle and 30 more on the treadmill
Supps were the usual, but i'm really liking the Isolation whey isolate and Onslaught post workout shake by Brutal Alchemy, both taste amazing!!!
Gonna go for chest and shoulder tomorrow along with another hour of cardio, i like splitting it up between the 2 machines its easier on my back that way.

Morning weight 240.6

Def feeling my legs from yesterday, back is a lil stiff from the cardio so ill cut it in half for today, I hit chest and shoulders tonight.

Incline DB flyes-----3 sets
Incline Hammer Press----3 sets
Pec deck-----------3 sets
Side laterals--------3 sets
Rev pec deck-------3 sets

Felt pretty good, my left shoulder still bothers me, i almost forgot that hurts too, lol

I just did 30 min on the elipticle, started to stiffen up so i stooped right then.

Morning weight 239.4

Legs are starting to feel betterfrom Wed, chest is nice and sore from Thursday, I hit arms today, skiiping cardio as my lower back is pretty stiff

Alt DC curls---3 sets
Cable Curls----3 sets
Seat Alt curls---3 sets
Pushdowns------3 sets
OH extentions----3 sets

Felt pretty good, solid pumps in both tris and bi's

Went home and had an Onslaught shake, then some eggs and bread and hour or so later

tough week , just eliminated an estrogen based problem, my back is a day to day thing, just moved up to some tougher rehab moves, but hit arms on thurs

I hit 45 min on the treadmill today and hit a quick shoulder workout, tri's are still to sore to hit chest today

Gonna get my left shoulder looked at, i can get htrough shoulders but it is def holdong me back on chest day.
 
Alright we have some goals for the week!!!!

weight goal is 236, currently 239

--6 hours of cardio, 45 min already done today

--clean eating all week, including my managers meeting and the rangers leafs game this week.

--all supps taken

--my rehab exercises done twice daily all week
