So I hit Legs today instead, lol
I had to work late at the office, so i was just ontime for my client at the gym, its her leg day so i jumped in on it
Leg extentions----- 5 sets
Leg curls------------5 sets
Seated calf raises----3 sets
Fuck its frustrating not doing more moves, but it may be a while before i can handle any compression on my back so I have to make the best of it.
followed it up with 30 min on the elipticle and 30 more on the treadmill
Supps were the usual, but i'm really liking the Isolation whey isolate and Onslaught post workout shake by Brutal Alchemy, both taste amazing!!!
Gonna go for chest and shoulder tomorrow along with another hour of cardio, i like splitting it up between the 2 machines its easier on my back that way.
