Monday 16th

i had to try something today, so i just went and gave my arms a quick blast to at least get the feel of working out lol

Seated Alt DB curls---8 sets
V Bar pushdowns-----8 sets

Downed 2 scoops of N2KTS ( thats right i still had a stash) lol, and 5 gear and was good to go.

Baseball finishes this week, with all the injuries were down to 10 guys, so i cant bail on them.

gonna do some stretches to loosen up my back if i can.

Ive held off my supps cause i feel like im wasting them if i cant really train.

heres hoping next week i can build some momentum, maybe try 1 day on 1 day off to see if that helps
 
Fortunate you are my friend, I have NO MORE N2KTS, which sucks, miss that badass energy, keep killing the weights my friend. Bro in littlt League I threw 3 no hitters so yeah a fastball is all one needs LMAO!
 
Nice, i played right field last night, i can still track the deep ball, i layed out for one and got to it, felt great then, not so much today lololol, we have 1 gane thurs then the playoffs saturday, 4 games on sat, 9am, 130, 330, 6pm, im gonna be half dead

Fro the n2kts i didnt use mine for every workout, but as a lift when i needed it i probs have 8-9 servings left
 
Nice bro, its nice to be able to track flyballs even wtih all the extra muscle that you have put on! Hoepfully those serving of N2KTS last you the remainder of the month.
 
Tuesday 24th

The pain from baseball is starting to subside so were back at it today

i went with a light shoulder and arm day to kick things off, im gonna go every other day for a few weeks to help with recovery
