I hit arms on wednesday night similar to chest and shoulder, i kept it light and got a good pump

I played ball tonight, nice to get back on the field, went 7-8 and felt pretty good at short, my back is pretty stiff though, gonna stretch , put some balm on pop a few vocodene and hit the hay
 
Sunday 1st

Just a cardio day, my back really stiffened up from playing ball on thursday, looking to hit chest hard tomorrow

I have my supp plan figured out, i just need to get some liver support

Chest and Shoulder day

My 2nd time through I bumped chest up to 12 sets and shoulders up to 9 today.

Incline DB press--------4 sets
Hammer incline press---4 sets
Pec Dec --------------4 sets

Hammer shoulder press--3 sets
Side laterals-------------3 sets
front raises-------------3 sets

The weights are still down but each week ill bump them up a bit.

I need another move besides the pec deck as the stretch is bothering my shoulder.

2 scoop N2Matrix, 1 tbs cocoa

Depending on how i feel tomorrow it may be time to try back and rear delts
 
Tuesday Aug 3

So i straped on a belt and tried a light back day yesterday

Machine Rows----80x10, 80x10, 100x10, 140x10----i dont like these, they feel awkward
WG Lat pulldowns---100x10, 140x10, 180x6, 200x6
Rev Pec Deck-------105x12, 105x12, 105x12, 105x12

I was sore as I am today but not really pain, it was the first time i used a belt as well, Im not a fan of that either, messes with my breathing.

I ate on sched yesterday, i made some Better pretein bars last night as well, i used one as my post workout meal
