After 2 years of getting up at 04:50 am and going to the Gym, I was needing a little motivation and decided to give ECA a try.
I must say, starting with the 2 a day the stuff has made a quick and vast difference in my ability to be Motivated at that time in the morning. So far I also have not hit that sleepy wall at around 2 in the afternoon on the stuff...
Yes, I know the issues and should be OK with not abusing the stuff.... So far no side's and no one has asked me if I'm on Meth.
Anyone else still presently using this Old legal method of motivation?
