Ive seen the light My next cycle

I cant wait until my next cylce!

I have a tottally new aproach to the gym now!

I went in yesterday and I signed up for every Jazzercise class

then i signed up for all the spinning, stepmaster, boxercise, and

Aerobics classes there were. (min15 hours a week total)

Then for my Weight training I dont plan on lifting anything over

ten pounds and only for a minimum of 50 reps.


I plan on using
lasix weeks 1-40
winstrol weeks 1-20
clem weeks 1-52
ephedrine as a two meal a day substitute

I plan on eating 3 rice cakes, one can of tuna, carrot sticks
and looking at food I cant eat about twice a day this (helps with
cravings) I also plan on starting to smoke about three packs of cigarettes

Im going for that early seventies I haven't eaten in a few years

ripped look that all those Diesel models have!!!!

Wish me luck I start today

Sounds like you are very motivated bro! As long as you keep that diet clean and stick to your routine then I think you will do very well. Why the light weight and high rep movements ? I find low rep with heavy weight is best even when cuting.

I just noticed you are runing Winny for 20 weeks and Lasix for 40 weeks !!! That is a long time...I would re-think that aspect of your cycle.
