bulking up when your body fat is already too high is a horrible and unhealthy plan and idea.. i would NOT attempt that whatsoever... you can gain lean muscle and drop body fat in the process which would in turn make you look and feel better on top of improving your overall health and quality of life
12 weeks will be the best!
