5:45am- 2CB, 1 Trex, 4 Lrex 500ml h2o

6:30am- 30min HIIT on elliptical 20min abs

7:00am- 2 glucorell

7:30am- Shake
2 scp whey protein
2 scp enerG
1.5 cups nonfat milk
3 CEE
multi-vit

10:00am- 2 glucorell 500ml h2o

11:00am- 1 T rex
handful almonds
500ml h2o

How is 2 CB/ 1 T-Rex working out?

What do you think of the EnerG? I really don't mind the taste...

Hey doll! Thank you for the encouragement!

The 2 CB & 1 Trex combo is great. The first day I took it...the T rex jacked with my tum a little so I inhaled another 500ml of h2o...but now I'm good to go with it. Not 100% sure I'm feeling the "boost" with the CB...but it may still be too early to tell.

The EnerG...love it so far. The taste doesn't phase me at all. Yum yum yum. ;)

GOOD... I wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one re: the enerG :drink2:

I understand what you're saying about the CB "boost" as we've talked about our individual reactions to stims in ATL...

I'm sure you know this, but I'll state for reference...increased water intake is definitely recommended with the CB because it's a 'mild CNS stimulant'...and I tend to 'feel' the effects more when I drink more water. However, add the T-Rex to it, I need even MORE water and I'm sure you just LOVE feeling the water slosh around in your stomach for A.M. Cardio (or just in general). Aside from feeling full, the extra water works for me.

Oh well... Happy training :bigkiss:

Just stole this from Macro's post about water ..."hydration increases metabolism, energy, improves skin, removes harmful toxins, improves organ function, etc,etc,etc..generally reccomend 1 gal per 50kg of bodyweight. as a note increased protein, neccesitates increased water intake-"
