It's going good. I'm on my own now since my free training sessions are up, but I think he gave a good foundation to start with. I wish I could hook up with some other lifters, especially female... I think that would be inspiring to work with others that have the same passion. My state is so small though that I don't know where to start. I don't know of any at my gym. I've decided to do a 4-day split as follows:
Tuesdays - Chest and Back
Thursdays - Legs
Saturdays - Triceps and Biceps
Sundays - Shoulders and Abs
I do cardio each day for about 30min and a little abs each day. I'm gonna try to make Sunday my main abs day though. Still really sore, but I'm working through it... soon there will be more muscle where that soreness is and a 6-pack where that little belly is.
