I've found a way to increase the kick ECA gives w/o adding anything else to the stack or upping the dose or cycling off.
Instead of waking up and taking the stack or walking up waiting a bit then taking the stack then hitting the gym, I wake up and go for a very small run. Come back in now I'm already much more awake, then a bit later take the stack and boom its back with more kick that usual.
Of course the first run can suck right when your waking up but its a very short inconvience.
Think of it being like
Just waking up -3 energy
take stack +5 energy
Energy lvl +2
or
Just waking up -3 energy
Go for a run +2 energy
take stack +4 energy
Energy lvl +3
Instead of making it jerk you alert do that part the natural way and let it bring you beyond your normal stimulus.
I find it works just a bit better.
