Deload/Feel out 'injury' day
Week 4 -- Monday
Oddly enough, absotively, posilutely no back pain today. Yessssssss!
Oly squat
Bunch of sets w/ the bar and light weight, worked up to 4 singles w/ 405 and then a backoff with 315x10
-I did a 'form geek' day. I was surprised about the absolute lack of pain in my back, but I remained a tad apprehensive. So I really sat back and felt the stretch in my glutes for these. My posterior chain is improving, but it is still most assuredly my weak link. Also, I may as well say it - it's become quite clear that my squat has dropped considerably since my drug cycle ended

. 405 is much too challenging for a single to even CONSIDER putting 5 plates on the bar.
Standing OHP
worked up to 185x5
-Not too bad. I have not really pushed strict OHP lately. As always, held last rep locked out for a few seconds

I'm quite relieved that my back thing was minor. Frankly, I may have been able to pull a heavy dead today but I'm glad I didn't. This isn't a sprint, after all, so no need to get stupid now
