LOVE the free weights. I do alot of Olympic lifts - Hang clean, power clean, snatch, ect. And I love getting under that squat rack every week. And even for chest (which is the topic, I guess) my primary lifts are flat, incline, and decline presses with free weights (bar). I agree with Mustang though, Hammer machines are great isolators and should therefore be included in your program. Just my 2 cents...
