Can't say as I've ever hurled my Creatine but the thought of creatine in any juice makes me want to. I either toss in some water and chug while it's still swirling from stirring or drop it in my protein shake.

i belive the claim that creatine should be taken with high carbs post w/o. the spike gives the creatine an added boost into the muscles. i would stick with some sort of high carb drink and only take it post wo and maybe first meal of the day if you must.
