143.8 wow. There is a reason for that and I'm taking huge doses of Midol as we speak. :)

M1 = 1/2 CUP OATS ; 4 EGG WHITES

Forgot to take seasapure and glucorell and multi.
 
had to go home early yesterday felt like crap.

Still did my chest workout though!

diet was perfect yesterday ecept for some added sugar free bbq to meal 5. I figured what the hell ; next week i cut out most condiments besides butter buds and sugar free syrup in M1.

m1 = 1/2 cup oats ; egg beats = to 4 egg whites

m2 = 1 can of tuna w/ a coupla crackers
