hi guys
i need your help!!
i am currenteley 196lbs and about 16% b/f
i want to do some cardio, not specifically to loose b/f becasue i will be going on another bulking cycle v soon, but just to get a little fitter.
what is it best to do to make sure i retain muscle whilst givving my heart a good workout. high or low intensity?

start off slow. do light cardio for the first week and see how your body likes it. just walk on a treadmill for 15 mins or ride a bike for a bit to see how much you can take. As the weeks go by add more time and resistance to your cardio training. no point in rushing it and having a heart attack.
