Before Bed Shake Critique Please

Hey guys i just bought some supplies and was making a "Before Bed Shake" and was wondering what you guys thought about this combo. I bought from protienfactory 1 pound of each of the following.. Casseinate, Milk protein, Soy Isolates, Egg, and WPC. I know the Cass, Milk, and Soy are very slow digesting, and was thinking of combining them w/ a cup of milk. So overall w/ all products combined it would look like this

Protein from Casseinate, milk, egg, soy, and WPC
Fortified w/ glutamine peptides and BCAA's
and mixed w/ milk, metamucil (fiber to slow it down even more), and some Flaxseed oil (to also slow down further).

So what are your guys opinion? Did i fall off the deep end on this one on my quest to maintain anabolism during the nightly sleep? Critique please so i can make needed changes if need be.

thanks

i would prolly add in a little more carbs?
I think it looks fine.
I have heard that mixing different kinds of
protein sources (egg, soy, whey)
is not as optimal as just one type (casseinate in my opinion as it
is slowly absorbed) because they get in the way of
eachother somehow, either decreasing the amount
absorbed or the quality, I don't know. :spin: Has
anyone else heard of this and know if it is true or false?
My shake is just mad stuff mixed together
as I want it to taste good too! Hah, but
are you bulking or cutting? I think there's
different shakes for each diet-type.

drop the soy man, can you say estrogen elevation?

and i qould just use caseinate, its the slowest digesting prot. but if you want to go the complete amino acid profile mixing is ok. It looks pretty solid. Are you using soluble or non soulble fiber?

My carbs come from the milk i drink, they're very slow digesting sugars in milk.

The fiber is nonsoluble, or 2:1 ratio soluble to nonsoluble.

The Soy, it's still controversial IMO. I've read studies on both sides of the story. I know it slows down absorption by 30%. Some say it's a bit antiestrogenic b/c although soy is slightly estrogenic it's a very weak estrogen that will bind to the estrogen receptors and not allow the harsher estrogens to link to these receptors. So in essence it will bind but this is the kind of binding you would want to prevent the harsher estrogen from binding. But like i said... there's too many studies contradicting eachother and i don't know who to believe. If you guys know of any current studies please post up here so i can take a look at it.

I've never heard of not combining the different kinds of protein b/c of absorption problems between them. If that were true then we would have problems digesting the protein found in milk which is about 20%whey and 80% cassein. My whole reason for combining them was that i knew the whey would be quickly absorbed, the egg would be in my system for about the next 3 hours, and the cassein even longer. Soy was just added to slow down the process even further, along w/ the flax and fiber.

here's some karma guys for your help... any other opinions?

Wsup E? Well i know the regular casseinate isn't as good as the micellar. But the Micellar costs double and it's what's preventing me from getting it. If i could i would definately get the micellar, it's the best anticatabolic protein powder available that i know of.
