Pretty long back workout today. Ran out of time and didn't get to squeeze bis in there. Strength is definitely still increasing even while being on a diet targeted towards cutting bodyfat. Going to the beach for a 4 day weekend for a bachelor party....the diet will definitely not hold together but I still plan to get a couple of workouts in. I might get a couple of beers in there too
