Any reason I couldn't just eat Jarlsberg Light cheese all day?

2g of fat and 7g of protein per slice? Tastes damn good, exotic. I remember my mom used to put this on crackers.

Would 5 slices per day which = 10g of fat and 35g of protein be bad in any way?

do you mean if I exceed a certain predetermined number of calories I should eat each day?

Say your on a set number of cals for a diet, (2500) and by adding this to your diet it makes you exceed your set number of cals, its a bad idea. If you wanted to incorporate this into your diet you would adjust some of your other meals to smaller size or less calories to compensate for the added calories of the cheese. Hope that helps.
