i used to have a problem getting very sleepy at the end of the day... now with alcar i get clean energy all night

If I'm not mistaken, I've seen people advertising injectable alcar. Does anyone know what an effective injected dose would be? Or the absolute "safe" amount for injecting? (I know it is good stuff orally, but just curious.)
