Squat Day 1
Decent session, Gym atmosphere was great, few open weight dudes pulling in there 340s+ which was sick. They're in prep for APL nats. Was so mad to watch!! really setting the energy.
- Bent bar squats 2x3 165kg pain free
- back downs 2x5 150kg
- BB RDL 2x8-10 110 + resistance band
- Leg press 2x8-10 250kg + bands
- Split Squats 3x6 20kgs
- Ab wheel 3x10
Lower back decided to not quit today which was another win, overall going well sticking to plan and putting in the work no slacking complaining just getting it done day in day out alongside putting my trust in my coaches. time, time, time...just a matter of time...
Rest day tomorrow, taking family out to the movies been really selfish lately and just dialled in and focused on myself, ha...Tren, worst trait ever.
