Approved Log Abolones Strength / Growth Journal - Testosterone, Primobolan, Mast, HGH, Insulin Cycle

Week 3 Day 1 @UGL OZ @UGL OZ @UGL OZ :D !!

Squat Day 1
  • Bent bar squats 2x3 165kg pain free 😁
  • back downs 2x5 150kg
  • BB RDL 2x8-10 110 + resistance band
  • Leg press 2x8-10 250kg + bands
  • Split Squats 3x6 20kgs
  • Ab wheel 3x10
Decent session, Gym atmosphere was great, few open weight dudes pulling in there 340s+ which was sick. They're in prep for APL nats. Was so mad to watch!! really setting the energy.

Lower back decided to not quit today which was another win, overall going well sticking to plan and putting in the work no slacking complaining just getting it done day in day out alongside putting my trust in my coaches. time, time, time...just a matter of time...

Rest day tomorrow, taking family out to the movies been really selfish lately and just dialled in and focused on myself, ha...Tren, worst trait ever.

  • Back downs 2x6 102.k5
  • DB shoulder press 2x8 42.5kg
  • DB LAteral Raise 3x12s 5s
  • Arms 4x15s/tricep/bicep.
I love my Sunday sessions, effortless easy cruisy day without a worry in the world when it comes to time, little different during the week. Going straight from work into the gym then rush and blast out my session then rush home eat and be a father/husband this shit isn't easy haha but its a way of life! i love it!

Bench press 2x2 160kg, moving like a deload, weights very light in the hands now!
Back downs 2x4 147.5kg
DB neutral Press 2x6-8 47.5kg
Dips 3x6-8 +15kg
Chest Supported Rows 4x8 95kg per side
Face pulls half kneeling 2x12 35kg
Arms 4x15s/tricep/bicep/


Great session, now weight is moving as planned felt very nice and easy today effortless very happy with todays end result! Rest tomorrow and then we deadlift Saturday 250kg 2x2 if it all goes to plan =)

pros - life looks and feels better, weight moves very easy, life shouldn't be taken to seriously, stress less, childish effects, happy, confident yet humble.

cons - nights sweats, dreams, sex drive absolutely wild, less patience with children, self centred, tunnel vision, every girl seems to look like a 10 sigh pervert effects enhanced..


I don't know where i stand with this compound just yet. Would i say its the best compound, No.
